1. Acceptance of Terms

We reserve the right to request additional verification documents at any time. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until identity verification is complete. Accounts that fail to complete verification within thirty (30) days of initial request may be suspended or permanently closed.

3. Deposits and Payments

Bank transfers process within 5-15 minutes during banking hours. Over-the-counter deposits may take up to 1 hour to reflect in your account. 3.3 Deposit Disputes

If a deposit does not appear in your account within the stated processing time, you must contact customer support with transaction details including payment reference number, amount, date and time of transaction, and payment method used. Deposits are non-refundable except in cases of technical error or duplicate charges. Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without prior contact with vipfun support may result in immediate account suspension and legal action.

4. Withdrawals and Payouts

4.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

6. Gaming Rules and Conduct

In no event shall vipfun's aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid to vipfun in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or ₱10,000, whichever is lower. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

10. Termination

10.1 Termination by User

You may close your vipfun account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you (subject to verification and wagering requirements), active bonuses will be forfeited, and you will no longer have access to the Services. You remain liable for any outstanding obligations incurred prior to closure.

10.2 Termination by vipfun

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or illegal activity, fail to provide required verification documents, abuse bonuses or promotions, use automated betting systems, or engage in any conduct that we determine to be harmful to vipfun or other users.

Upon termination for cause, we may confiscate any remaining balance, void pending bets, and take legal action to recover damages. Accounts terminated for fraud or abuse will be permanently banned and may be reported to relevant authorities.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines for resolution of any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services.

11.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting vipfun customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within thirty (30) days, either party may initiate formal dispute resolution proceedings.

11.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against vipfun.

12. Miscellaneous Provisions

12.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and vipfun regarding your use of the Services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12.3 Waiver

No waiver by vipfun of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition. Any failure by vipfun to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

12.4 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. vipfun may assign, transfer, or delegate any of its rights or obligations under these Terms without restriction.

12.5 Force Majeure

vipfun shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, network infrastructure failures, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
